Refund Policy

At Finauto we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You have a number of choices and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.

Annual Subscriptions If at anytime during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it on a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remainder of your contract. We provide you with an option to try our software and services with full capabilites for free for the first 3 months, so that you get enough time to fully assess the quality and avoid any greivance post payment. Post trial period, you will be required to upgrade to a paid annual subscription plan to continue using our service.



Renewal We will send you email notification 30 days prior to the expiry of your subscription. You can renew your subscription online by visiting our website or by reaching out to our sales representatives. If you fail to renew your subscription before the expiry date, then the services will be automatically suspended.



Exception to our Refund Policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to Finauto Services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

From time to time, we may change the price of any Service or charge for use of Services that are currently available free of charge. Any increase in charges will not apply until the expiry of your then current billing cycle. You will not be charged for using any Service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan.

In the event any tax such as GST, VAT, sales tax or the like is chargeable by Finauto in accordance with any local, state, provincial or foreign laws with respect to your subscription to our Services ("Taxes"), Finauto will invoice you for such Taxes. You agree to pay Finauto such Taxes in addition to the subscription fees. Finauto shall provide you with an invoice in the format prescribed by the applicable local, state, provincial or foreign laws to help you avail the applicable input tax credit for the Taxes so paid.

Cancellation

The applicable service will be enabled for you immediately after the advance payment for the subscription is made. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our services, then you may opt to cancel your subscription on providing enough data about the complaints.

Cancellation Timeframe

In cases, where the cancellation request is made within 10 days of activation of the subscription, FULL refund will be given.

For made cancellation requests made after 10 days of the activation of the subscription, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total subscription amount will apply.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies unless otherwise specified for specific services or promotions offered by Opus Finauto India Pvt Ltd. We highly recommend reviewing all terms and conditions specific to your particular booking before making any reservations.
